REHABILITATION & RECONSTRUCTION OF THE NORTHWEST WARD OF “TIMIOS PRODROMOS” HOLY MONASTERY OF SERRES

The project involves the restoration of the architectural shell so that the original layout and structure of the reserved building for its reuse can be authentically attributed, as well as modern electromechanical installations. Works on support, restoration of walls, restoration of coatings, joinery, maintenance and replacement of wooden elements (brackets, floors, roofs and ceilings), replacement of windows, internal scales and installation of modern electromechanical networks (water supply system – drainage system – heating system – fire protection system) elevator, as well as restoration work on special architectural elements, such as wooden ceilings, partitions, railings and fixed furniture.
